The pomegranates were picked from the most elite Plot and when reached to maximum maturity. The fragmentation of the wine was stopped early in order to maintain the natural sweetness of the pomegranate. The wine was aged for 48 months in the most selected French oak barrels, under the sun. During the ageing 48% of the wine Evaporated trough the oak, this gives the wine a gentle and a soft velvety proximity.
